Michael Bellstedt

Managing Director

Michael is a leading specialist refrigeration consultant, He studied mechanical and thermal engineering in South Africa, and holds a Ph.D.Eng in Thermal Engineering from the University of Stellenbosch. Michael is passionately interested in sustainability and a regular volunteer with community organisations.


Sandra May

General Manager

Sandra’s role as General Manager at Minus40 is a change from a succession of corporate positions at various banks. She holds several postgraduate qualifications in finance and investment, reflecting her expertise in financial control and risk management. Sandra has a very active family life including boating, skiing and basketball.


Ying Zheng

Consultant

Ying's role as a consultant at Minus40 provides an opportunity for him to put his advanced theoretical expertise into practise.  Following studies in China and Sydney University, Ying holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering, specialising in flow and heat transfer. He enjoys reading about history and ancient Chinese philosophy.


Rickey Du

Design Engineer

Rickey is a refrigeration design engineer, specialising in commercial and industrial HVAC Refrigeration. Following graduation with a Masters of Engineering, he has worked in the refrigeration industry in both China and Australia for over 10 years. He enjoys various team sports, especially basketball.


Helene Lebreton

Project Consultant

Since joining Minus40 in 2013, Helene is involved in various commercial refrigeration projects. She obtained her Master's degree in Energy System Engineering in France, in energy efficiency and sustainability projects. She enjoys travelling and has previously lived in Denmark and Vietnam, and now takes every opportunity to explore Australia.


Linda-Sue Karkowski

Administration Officer

Linda-Sue has over 20 years of office management and administration experience, covering a variety of business. She enjoys an active family life, and participates in sports such as netball, soccer and swimming. She also enjoys music and reading when there is spare time for it.


Edit Somogyi-Neofytidis

Project & Accounts Administrator

Edit has extensive management and financial analyst experience. Edit has a bachelor degree in business administration and is also studying a Master of Commerce degree. She loves to travel and explore various cultures.
