Regular Maintenance Includes

Our regular maintenance schedule covers at least:

Clean Evaporator coils, condensate trays and drain lines
Clean condenser coils
Check all condenser and evaporator fan operation (bearings, belts, motors, connections, and balancing)
Clean and inspect compressor units, check for oil and refrigerant leaks
Inspect electrical board and connections
Inspect for condensation and any ice build-up

To ensure your systems are operating at their best, Minus40 will also investigate and record:

Operation of all control systems and components – timers, flow valves, temperature controllers, sensors. Are they logical and efficient?
Current drawn on all electrical devices – fans, pumps, compressors, and heaters. Is everything working properly and safely?
Condition and deterioration of components and equipment – corrosion, wear and tear, vibration and noise, and external damage. Is your equipment still reliable?
Proper installation of equipment – location, pipe routing and support, oil return and feed, airflow, equipment selection. Was it working properly in the first place?
Your equipment - Is this the best feasible cooling solution?
Your refrigerant – Is it going to become your next big issue?
